Oak Shores Property Owner's Board are making an effort to reduce the number of covenant infraction notices/maintenance reminders.  Please review the following, as these are the most frequent infractions regarding the Oak Shores Property Owner's Bylaws.  Reducing the number of infraction notices reduces the amount of money needed to produce and send them.

• • Exterior Home Maintenance - removal of debris, trash, garbage, damage to home exterior, garage door damage & cleaning of home siding;

  • Large Items - place all debris and trash located on your property in the Large Commercial Dumpster that is located on Oak Shore Drive at the intersection of Driftwood.  No cement, tires, metal or household trash can be placed in this dumpster!

• • Lawn Maintenance - including shrubs & trees;  Please keep your lot mowed so that the Association doesn't have to mow it and charge you.
