To All Property Owners:

We, as a Board of Directors and as Members, have taken a number of steps in the last year to bring our Association into compliance with state laws and to perform legitimate actions to attempt to make OSPOA a safer and better community in which to reside or own property.

We have attempted to encourage one and all to get involved in this process.  We have established excellent standards by which we have conducted our business this past year and we will continue to do so.  We will be responsible to those members who pay their association dues and who own property in OSPOA.  We have set up books and records to show accountability to one and all.  We have listened to what our Members have had to say about what concerns them most.  We have spent more that $12,500 thru the first 3 quarters of our fiscal year towards making roads better to drive on.  All of these have been done to help the OSPOA community as a whole.  All budgeted expenditures have been made in order to help everyone and not for any personal or selfish reasons.  We have not attempted to divide our members or owners by pitting any group one against the other.  Obviously, there are some owners who are more involved and want to assist in these actions.  Some owners have taken a back seat and want to wait and see what results come from our actions.  We have attempted to put our money and our efforts behind our “promises” so that members can see that their association fees are going to a fruitful cause.  This has been the problem for years and we have attempted to demonstrate thru our actions, and not just words, that this Board and its membership will move towards progress.
