Lot Inventory Sale - July 7th after Meeting at 5:00pm

Following the meeting on July 7, 2018 a sealed bid Auction will be held to sell OSPOA Lot Inventory. 

 LEGAL NOTICE:  Oak Shores Property Owners' Association is receiving sealed bids at

 the end of their General Meeting on Saturday, July 7th at 5:00pm

 for lots owned by the Association. The meeting will be held at 355 Oak

 Shores Drive at Lake Nocona.  The unimproved lots which vary in size

 are Oak Shores Lot Nos. 211, 327, 409, and 659.

Those wishing to submit bids should have cash or money order to pay for successful

 bids at the time of the auction. Transfers will be by Quit Claim upon payment. 

For any new owner/members with winning bids, the Maintenance Fee of $150.00 will also be due.
